How can I cancel my order or request a refund?Updated a month ago

If you have just recently placed your order and the order has not been processed by our fulfillment center, you may be able to edit or cancel your order by going to your "Order Confirmation" email and clicking the button labeled "View Order Status".

If you are not able to edit or cancel your order using the above method, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and process a refund.

Refunds may take 2 or more business days to reflect in your payment account depending on your bank or payment service.
