What's the procedure to add an item to an existing order or to cancel it?Updated a month ago

If you are within 1 hour of placing your order, you can add items to your order by going to your "Order Confirmation" email and clicking the button labeled "View Order Status". The order confirmation page that loads will allow you to edit the products in your order.

Outside of that window, we cannot edit your order due to customer protection policies. If you need to add more items, we can cancel your current order if it has not already shipped so you can place a new one with all the items you want. If you wish to cancel an order, let us know as soon as possible.
